FREE NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY on all orders over £60.
Orders placed by 2:00pm Mon - Fri will be dispatched on the same day.
The delivery speed is dependent on the shipping service you select at the checkout. We offer 3 services: Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, Next Day Delivery*.
Orders received on weekends and bank holidays or after 2pm, will be dispatched the next working day. We will update you via email with a tracking number after we have shipped it.

"Poor service from this company, I ordered a costume for my daughter and only half the costume turned up. I contacted the company and they asked me to send it back and once they had received it they would send out another one. I had paid for fast delivery for this as my daughter needed this for something at school there was no time to do this and they did not offer to send it out any quicker."
